Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
M&A and Workforce Reduction Support:
Managing employee communications for acquisitions and divestitures.
Provide workforce management support, including managing impact lists and assisting with severance calculations.
Conduct WARN analysis and mandatory reporting.
HR Compliance:
Oversee compliance reporting, including EEO, VETS, AAP, CA Pay, and OFCCP.
Manage the Affirmative Action Compliance Program.
Ensure state compliance certifications are up-to-date (e.g., Minnesota, Wisconsin, NY, NJ).
Fulfill Canada FCP/WEIMS reporting requirements.
Manage labor law postings across Broadcom sites.
Support internal audits, including Agere Pension audits and I9 audits.
Provide support for sales/customer trust initiatives.
Assist with vendor risk management (VRM) and policy management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR Operations, and/or HR Projects and Programs, preferably within a large multinational organization.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and regulations.
Experience with M&A processes, including drafting communications and managing workforce impacts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
